9 a.m. – 9:15 a.m. Welcome and Introduction of Guests

9:15 a.m. – 9:45 a.m. “Back of the Envelope” business planning

This will include exploration of motivation, goals, market windows, decision-making and “demystifying business planning” where we show how almost anyone can develop a solid business plan all the way to 5 year pro financial pro formas, if you want them.
